| | | JEFFREY J. JANDA CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD, PRESIDENT Mr. Janda, age 42, has served as Chairman and President of the Company since its acquisition by Point Loma Partners in May 2002. Mr. Janda served as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Point Loma Partners, Inc., an investment company based in San Diego, California from 1998 to 2002. Mr. Janda was the President of Janda & Garrington, an NASD licensed investment banking and stock brokerage company he founded in 1996 and sold in 1999. Before founding Janda & Garrington, he served as Managing Director of Corporate Finance at W. B. McKee Securities, Inc. in Phoenix, Arizona from 1994 to 1996. From 1992 to 1994 Mr. Janda was the Director of Corporate Finance with First Affiliated Securities.
Mr. Janda has worked as an advisor on a variety of public and private financings, mergers and acquisitions, including managing several successful initial public offerings such as those of the L.L. Knickerbocker Company, ModaCAD, Inc., and U.S. Laboratories, Inc. Mr. Janda has raised $43 million for 14 companies. Mr. Janda was educated at the University of Iowa where he received a B.A. degree.

| | | DONALD G. STRACHAN VICE PRESIDENT OF EXPLORATION AND DIRECTOR Mr. Strachan is a senior professional geologist with over 30 years of experience in mineral exploration in the western United States and eastern Africa. From 1986 to the present time, Mr. Strachan has been based in the Reno, Nevada area and has worked as an independent geologist evaluating gold and silver properties. From 1984 to 1986, he worked as a geologist for St. Joe Minerals involved in precious metal exploration in the western United States. From 1976 to 1979, he was an economic geologist for Houston Oil and Minerals, working in uranium and base metals, and from 1980 to 1983 focused on gold and silver exploration and development projects in western Nevada. He holds a B.A. degree in Geology from California State University in Fresno, California and a M.S. degree in Geology from the New Mexico Institute of Mining and Technology. Mr. Strachan is a Certified Professional Geologist and a member of the Geologic Society of Nevada, the Geologic Association of Canada, and the Society of Economic Geologists.

| | | BRIAN A. ZAMUDIO EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT, SECRETARY AND DIRECTOR Mr. Zamudio, age 42, has served as the Executive Vice President of the Company since May 2003. Mr. Zamudio was the Chief Operating Officer of Point Loma Partners, Inc. from 1999 to 2002. Mr. Zamudio was also the President of Daybreak Apparel LLC, an apparel manufacturer based in San Diego, California, from 1999 to 2004. Prior professional experience includes acting as the Managing Partner of Big Rock Holdings, a real estate development company. While at Big Rock, Mr. Zamudio was responsible for acquisitions and financing. Prior to Big Rock, Mr. Zamudio worked in the mortgage securities department at Sentra Spelman, a brokerage firm based in San Diego, California.

| | | KEVIN ROBINSON STAFF GEOLOGIST Mr. Robinson joined Tonogold in October of 2004. Since then he has assisted with corporate operations and served as a geologic and strategic advisor. His expertise is in structural geology, mapping and geological synthesis. He is currently applying his knowledge and skills to the geology of economic ore deposits. He helps find and evaluate properties in Nevada and is spearheading a new Central Asia mineral exploration program. Kevin has been teaching geology at San Diego State University for 13 years and has done research in several areas throughout California, Nevada and Mexico. After receiving his Masters Degree from SDSU in 1990 he worked as a professional geologic consultant and has experience with field investigations, sampling programs, drilling operations, property analysis, technical writing, professional publication, and investor-client relations. His analytical skills are augmented by aesthetic strengths such as graphic design, photography and public speaking. Beginning in May 2006 he became a fulltime member of the Tonogold team.

| | | DAMON DeYOUNG CONSULTING GEOLOGIST Mr. DeYoung joined the Tonogold team in July of 2007. His expertise is in stratigraphy, geochemistry, geologic mapping and geographic information systems. He has been involved with our mineral exploration projects in Nevada, Alaska, Wyoming, and Arizona by establishing and maintaining GIS and sample databases and participating in field operations. Accompanying his work in mineral exploration and research, Mr. DeYoung has been teaching geology and oceanography courses at San Diego State University for 4 years. He received his master's degree in geology in 2005 from the University of California Riverside where he studied depositional patterns of the Precambrian rocks found in southern Death Valley California. He received his bachelor's degree in geology from San Diego State University in 2002 where his thesis work centered on groundwater analysis from central Africa. Mr. DeYoung has worked in the geotechnical field as a staff geologist and has experience with field mapping, drilling programs and logging, geographic information systems analysis, sampling programs and technical writing. Mr. DeYoung has a strong background in sample analysis involving techniques such as mass spectrometry, X-ray fluorescence and diffraction, gas and liquid chromatography, and atomic absorption and emission.

| | | GORDON HAWORTH
ADVISOR Mr. Haworth has over 40 years experience in the mining industry. He was President & CEO of Costain Holdings, Chicago from 1981 to 1992 where he built, from inception, a large minerals company involved in producing coal, talc, gold, oil and natural gas. Prior to that he was Vice President & Group Manager at Continental Bank, Chicago from 1972 to 1981 building and managing one of the most successful mining project lending divisions in the country. From 1968 to 1972 Haworth was Director of Mining Research at Continental Oil Company designing and implementing research programs on new mining and extraction methods for Conoco's uranium, phosphate and coal operations.
During his early years after leaving college he was hired by Quebec Iron & Titanium Corporation in 1959. At QIT he started as the mine engineer and also worked on new projects at the smelter. He then became Assistant Mine Manager responsible for operations at a large open pit mine, railroad and ship loading complex in a remote area of northeastern Quebec. In 1965 he was hired by Mobil Oil to supervise the development of a full scale underground oil shale test mine on Mobil property near Rifle, Colorado. The project was a joint venture of six major oil companies to determine the economics of oil shale production.
Haworth was educated as a mining engineer graduating from the Camborne School of Mines in Cornwall, England in 1955. After his two years of National Service in the Hydrographic Branch of the Royal Navy, he was awarded a William Campbell Fellowship at Columbia University in New York in 1957 for postgraduate studies in mineral economics and advanced mining techniques.

ADVISOR Mr. Gatten is recognized in the mining industry as a specialist in mineral exploration, precious metals investigation and industrial mineral geology. Mr. Gatten is President of North American Exploration, with offices in Kaysville and Copperton, Utah, and provides geological, land and exploration services to the mining industry with such clients as Kennecott Copper, TeckCominco and Cortez Gold. Mr. Gatten holds a B.S. Degree in Geology from Brigham Young University, is a Registered Professional Geologist ( Utah and Wyoming) and is a member of the Society for Mining, Metallurgy and Exploration, Inc. and the Society of Economic Geologists.
