Tonogold Resources, Inc. - Update


	Dear Shareholders, With the current fires in San Diego we realize that many of you are concerned about our well being. All Tonogold employees are safe and none has has been injured or lost their home. While all of us are affected in some way and most of us have been evacuated, we have now returned home and are able to make it in to the office. We will resume business as usual tomorrow, Thursday, October 25th. As you might have seen on television broadcasts, the support that San Diegans have shown for their less fortunate neighbors has been truly remarkable.
